WaCoCo promotes the social and economic wellbeing of the people Waterloo by supporting the sustainability and effectiveness of local community and voluntary organisations through drawing in funding, encouraging local partnerships and networks, and increasing their voice on local issues.

Government-funded Knife Crime Community Fund

Grants are available to voluntary and community sector groups for community projects which reduce knife crime and have a positive impact on young people who are at risk of carrying a knife and committing a crime.

How to apply: 

There is no standard application form. Groups should respond by writing up to a maximum of four pages and submit their bids by email to Knife.Community.Fund@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk

The Home Office expects to notify grant recipients by the end of November and transfer the funds in December 2017.
